 Luton started last season well and looked to be heading for anothe promotion, but a pretty poor Xmas period followed by some awful results in the new year left them just adrift of the play offs.


They have made some excellent signings over the summer with quality players like Craig Mackail-Smith, Jack Marriott, Paddy McCourt, McQuoid and Okuonghae, who all should have a little too much quality for this league. Luton are one of the favourites this season for the play offs, in what is always a tight league. With the signings they have made they should be up there. They have had a pretty decent pre season results as well.


Accrington struggled last season and there is no reason to think that this will change last season. One of the favorites to go down and have signed no real players of note. They have had a decent pre season though, so keep the stakes small.
